FAQ's
The most convenient way is to sign up for our Automatic Payment Plan, which can be set up online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express in addition to ACH. In-person, you have the additional payment choices of check, bank check or cash.
Payment Options:
1. Set up an automatic payment using a debit card, credit card, or an ACH from your bank account. Please get in touch with the management office at 207-989-6161 or the regional office via phone at 508-790-2520.
2. Call 207-989-6161 (management office) to make a debit or credit card payment over the phone.
3. Come to the Parker K. Bailey office during business hours to pay by cash, check, or credit card: 6 State Street Brewer, Maine 04412.
4. Mail check to: 395 Self Storage, Odlin Sun Self Storage or Undercover Self Storage c/o Parker K. Bailey, 6 State Street Brewer, Maine 04412.
• Small items: A 5 ft x 5 ft unit is good for small furniture, boxes, and a twin mattress.
• Studio or one-bedroom apartment: A 5 ft x 10 ft or 5 ft x 15 ft unit is recommended.
• Two-bedroom apartment: A 10 ft x 10 ft or 10 ft x 15 ft unit is recommended.
• Two or three-bedroom house: A 10 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended.
• Four-bedroom house: A 10 ft x 30 ft unit is recommended.
• Car: A 10 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended unless it’s very compact. You will need to fill out a vehicle addendum if you are storing a vehicle.
• Motorcycle: A 5 ft x 10 ft unit is recommended. You will need to fill out a vehicle addendum if you are storing a vehicle.
• Business inventory: A 10 ft x 30 ft or 20 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended.
Once you are ready to move in, we offer a month-to-month rental agreement and offer Pre-Pay Discounts.
There are a few restricted items. For the safety of all our occupants’ belongings, we do not allow food, flammable or hazardous materials, stolen or illegal goods, weapons and ammunition, living items (or dead ones), wet items, priceless and irreplaceable items, money, furs, tires, or unregistered or uninsured vehicles.
Hazardous materials include acid, compressed gas, fertilizer, fireworks, lithium batteries, gasoline, grease, kerosene, narcotics, paint, and propane tanks.
