You can pay your storage bill online, over the phone, by mail or in person at our management office (6 State Street Brewer, ME 04412).

The most convenient way is to sign up for our Automatic Payment Plan, which can be set up online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express in addition to ACH. In-person, you have the additional payment choices of check, bank check or cash.

Payment Options:
1. Set up an automatic payment using a debit card, credit card, or an ACH from your bank account. Please get in touch with the management office at 207-989-6161 or the regional office via phone at 508-790-2520.

2. Call 207-989-6161 (management office) to make a debit or credit card payment over the phone.

3. Come to the Parker K. Bailey office during business hours to pay by cash, check, or credit card: 6 State Street Brewer, Maine 04412.

4. Mail check to: 395 Self Storage, Odlin Sun Self Storage or Undercover Self Storage c/o Parker K. Bailey, 6 State Street Brewer, Maine 04412.

All of the storage units at our 395 Self Storage, Odlin Self Storage, and Undercover Self Storage facilities have drive-up access. Drive-up access means your storage unit is a garage-like storage space that allows you to pull a vehicle up to unload and load your belongings. The storage space will have a roll-up door.

The size of the storage unit you need depends on what you’re storing. You can use our size calculator, and here are some general guidelines:

Small items: A 5 ft x 5 ft unit is good for small furniture, boxes, and a twin mattress.

Studio or one-bedroom apartment: A 5 ft x 10 ft or 5 ft x 15 ft unit is recommended.

Two-bedroom apartment: A 10 ft x 10 ft or 10 ft x 15 ft unit is recommended.

Two or three-bedroom house: A 10 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended.

Four-bedroom house: A 10 ft x 30 ft unit is recommended.

Car: A 10 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended unless it’s very compact. You will need to fill out a vehicle addendum if you are storing a vehicle.

Motorcycle: A 5 ft x 10 ft unit is recommended. You will need to fill out a vehicle addendum if you are storing a vehicle.

Business inventory: A 10 ft x 30 ft or 20 ft x 20 ft unit is recommended.

Yes, you can reserve a storage unit on our website in minutes. We can assist you in the move-in process as soon as we receive your reservation.

Once you are ready to move in, we offer a month-to-month rental agreement and offer Pre-Pay Discounts.

Most everything from your home can be stored in self-storage. This includes cars, boats, motorcycles, and scooters. Most people store household goods, like books, furniture, clothing, bedding, and file boxes.

There are a few restricted items. For the safety of all our occupants’ belongings, we do not allow food, flammable or hazardous materials, stolen or illegal goods, weapons and ammunition, living items (or dead ones), wet items, priceless and irreplaceable items, money, furs, tires, or unregistered or uninsured vehicles.

Hazardous materials include acid, compressed gas, fertilizer, fireworks, lithium batteries, gasoline, grease, kerosene, narcotics, paint, and propane tanks.

Yes, 395 Self Storage, Odlin Self Storage and Undercover Self Storage offer convenient month-by-month storage leases to allow for flexible rental space. You will never be stuck in a long contract. Rent for a month, a few months, or find your long-term storage solution with us. Pre-Pay Discounts are available.

You can rent a storage unit at 395 Self Storage, Odlin Self Storage and Undercover Self Storage for your business; however, we will need contact information for the lessee. We recommend that the business owner be on the lease.

Yes, Disc locks are the most popular for self-storage protection. We do recommend locks with a closed shackle or shrouded shackle. We require tenant’s storage units to have a lock.

We offer parking at Odlin Self Storage. The parking is on gravel or hard dirt.
